Design Maintain Pricing

 

 

The Design Fee for a small commercial website is $1800.00, payable upon design acceptance. 

This includes:

bulletInitial design.
bulletDesign changes.
bulletAdditions.
bulletPhoto scanning and conversion, or upload of digital pictures.
bulletAll coding, editing and assembly.
bulletUploading to the final "host" server.
bulletCD-ROM of the source code.

 for up to a 20-page commercial website.

During development, the client has access to the site while it is "under construction", and has input to every step of the process. We host the site ourselves at a secure development location. The website is a "living document" that accurately represents the client's place of business, as they wish to express it.

bulletThe fee also includes guidance concerning domain name acquisition and hosting, two additional costs to be paid by the client. There are many reputable and economical domain name registration and hosting packages available.  Domain names registrations are available separately, or bundled together with hosting packages. At this writing the lowest we've found, and used by the majority of our customers, is $7.95 per month, payable annually. 

Upon completion, final approval, and receipt of full payment, the website will be uploaded to the hosting service, and the client will receive the source code to their initial site on a CD-ROM.

The Maintenance Fee for a small commercial website is $1,200 per year, payable annually.

This includes:

bulletUnlimited uploads of documents and images to the website.
bulletMonitoring your hosting service's performance and uptime.
bulletFormatting text and images for best appearance on the web.
bulletEmail and telephone support, if needed.

Now for only $3,000.00 initial cost for the first year and $1200.00 per year each subsequent year, even the smallest business can afford to have an internet presence that enhances their reputation, visibility, and customer base.

Please remember that your website belongs to you, our client.

Domain name registration and hosting fees are the client's responsibility.
